Policies

Payment
Credit cards are accepted at checkout for all customers. Money orders are also accepted (international money orders for non-U.S.); contact us via email for an invoice, then send the money order to the address indicated. Ordering by money order will delay shipment. Personal checks are not accepted for online orders. Do not send cash. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, items will ship within two business days (Mon-Fri except holidays) of when the order was received. A small stock of sheet music is kept, and all sheet music can be printed to order. A stock of shirts of all sizes is also maintained. In the event that a shipment will be delayed and such delay was not indicated on the site (if we’re swamped with 60 orders for full orchestral parts, for example), the customer will be notified via email and given an opportunity to cancel the order (see “Cancellations”).

All items ship USPS. Small domestic orders ship First Class, larger orders ship Priority Mail. Express Mail and international shipping available at an extra cost.

Cancellations
As there is typically up to one week between order placement and shipping, a request may be placed to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. We will do our best to honor these requests, but given that time may pass between receiving the orders and sending out the packages, we offer no guarantee that a cancellation request will be honored. Cancellation requests should be sent to shop_cancel@mostlydifferent.com.

Returns
All sales, once shipped, are final. If an item is received damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item is shipped, it may be returned for a replacement within 1 week of receipt of the item. If the replacement is no longer stocked, the customer will be issued a refund (or, if the customer prefers, the shop may offer a replacement of a different item from the shop). Customer is responsible for costs of shipping the defective item back. Once the defective item is received, a replacement will be shipped to the customer at our expense within one calendar week. Please submit return requests to shop_returns@mostlydifferent.com. You will be provided with an address to send the return to and further instructions.

Special Directions
Special requests and directions for orders (e.g. additional parts or substitutions for a set of score and parts) should be specified in the provided box at checkout. To add or change special directions after checkout, send an email to shop_specialorder@mostlydifferent.com. We will do our best to honor these requests, but given the delay between printing orders and shipping packages, there is no guarantee that we will get them in time.

Pricing Errors
If mostlydifferent.com determines that a pricing error has occurred (e.g. if shirts are priced at 3 cents apiece), mostlydifferent.com is not obligated to honor the erroneous price and may, at its discretion, cancel such orders with full refunds to affected customers.
